Internships are meant to prepare students for the workforce — but too often, tasks drift from job descriptions, mentoring fades, and meaningful feedback is rare. As a result, students miss out on the guidance and networks they need to launch their careers, while companies see little return on their investment. This creates a cycle of under-prepared youth and under‑utilized internship programs. Co-op programs try to fix this, but even after students complete career-readiness training, jobs are rarely guaranteed.
I lived this reality. As an International Business co-op student, I experienced both deeply engaging internships and ones that left me feeling invaluable. That’s when it hit me: internships weren’t broken — they were just underdesigned. This lack of structure isn't just inconvenient — it's costing young people real opportunities and costing businesses future talent.
Driven by a deep passion for teaching, entrepreneurship, and building meaningful career pathways, I founded Internship Insights Co. during my final year of university — after sharing the idea with my professor, life coach, mentors, and close friends.
Today, we help multinational corporations, small businesses, entrepreneurs, new graduates, and career shifters to reimagine internships — through structured audits, skill-building training, and guaranteed paid placements.

Bridges the gap between academic aspirations and real-world roles by partnering with companies to reserve exclusive paid internships and global opportunities.

Provides tailored auditing, optimizing, and designing of internship frameworks—to boost intern retention, skill development, and overall productivity.

Looking ahead, we’re building toward international accreditation for our Ignite Learning curriculum, B Corp certification to formalize our social impact, and expanding our Integrate Talent placement program to include guaranteed paid opportunities locally and abroad. Our long‑term vision is a globally recognized internship model that empowers students and employers — starting in Bermuda, then scaling to Canada, US, UK, and beyond.
